not criticizing the picture, because it's hilarious, but I hear this a lot, and see it spray painted onto walls, and I find the term to be misinterpreted sometimes, to me, the meaning is more like fuck crooked cops, and abuse of power, which I can understand, but then a lot of other times people act like all cops are evil when really they are just doing their jobs and the person who was arrested was being an idiot, so to me a lot of people are saying "fuck the police who won't let me do what I want."

honestly I respect cops who are out there to protect me and the law. However, in my town we have a disturbing amount of crooked cops that abuse their privilege~ I don't think all of them are like this but still they piss me off sometimes XD
