They could have made some of the characters fighting animations more epic and unique in my own opinion, considering that's the primary reason you scouted them.

I hope they make her more bioticly awesome in the third one.

I still think she should of had her own unique set of suped up biotic powers and maybe only able to use a pistol to kind of balance it out.

how they reworked the vanguard class in ME3 really makes me want a Jack side story dlc like how Bioware did for leliana in Dragon age Origins.

maybe something like the story of how she got captured and put on the Purgatory.

Well, there are ideas for DLC revolving around what the different characters did after ME3 or leading up to it. I'd love to to play as Wrex uniting the clans or Mordin realising he was utterly wrong(his reaction if you try to stop him in ME3 tells me he has been dealing with a lot of emotions.)
